How to avoid emotional turmoil

Learning about and trying the reframing strategy as a way to change your negative thoughts, and learning to pay attention to signs of fatigue and find better ways to correct the situation;

Dealing with everyday grief over small things and preparing for the final bereavement

Becoming aware of and improving your ability to cope with the grief brought about by the illness of the person you care for;

How to identify and use my support network

How to call on the people in your life and the resources of the public health network and the private network in order to better meet your own needs
